Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program     (Ages 12-17)

ABOUT US

The SABH mission of strengthening individuals and supporting families is critical to the resilience of adolescent community members who are coping with the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and the many challenges it uncovered or exacerbated. This new service line will be grounded in the principles of trauma-informed care, cultural humility, whole-person health, and family-driven approaches to treatment. As an overarching framework, the SABH IOP is guided by the Children, Youth, and Families System of Care Framework.
